Real project · UK client
For a UK client specialising in AI training, we built an automated employee interview module. The answers become roles, reporting relationships and an org chart you can verify.
Ana Popa
Demo participant · Customer relations
In the module we built, employees answer by voice on a dedicated company page. Here you try a text version, playing Ana.

I report to Elena Ionescu. Radu Dima is on my team and handles logistics.
Example based on the module built for the UK client. A preset scenario with no audio recording or AI calls. Choices stay on this page.
Interviews become working information: who does what, who reports to whom and where to investigate automation.

We work where your team loses time. The process comes first; the solution follows.

With automation

Checking a balance, an order or a report means searching files and interrupting colleagues.
With automation
Ask in one place. The assistant searches the permitted systems and shows its sources.
Calls come in while the team is busy. Appointments are written down by hand.
With automation
An agent takes the request, checks availability and hands over to a person when needed.
UK client · AI training
For the training platform, we built automated employee interviews and org chart generation. Roles, reporting and collaboration link back to the answers they came from, so the team can check them.
The demo illustrates the module we built, using fictional data. We can discuss its architecture, implementation and limits.

This estimates work capacity that could be freed, not a guaranteed reduction in spending. It excludes implementation, reviewing results and running costs. We validate the assumptions during analysis.

Start without a huge project
Start with a free 30-minute call. If there is a good case for automation, analysis defines what we build and how the result will be checked.

Questions
We first check how to integrate with your current software. Depending on each system, we use APIs, authorised database access or exports.
The initial call is free. Analysis costs €800 and is credited against the first project. Indicative starting prices are €2,500 for an automated workflow, €3,000 for a voice agent and €4,000 for an assistant connected to the first system. We quote after assessing the process.
We agree what data the solution can access, what may be sent to the AI provider and which actions require approval. Configuration, permissions and activity logging are part of implementation.
We define when a process must stop or be reviewed by a colleague. We test known exceptions and record relevant actions so problems can be investigated and corrected.
We consider workload, time spent, the impact of errors and implementation cost. Team size or task frequency alone is not enough to make that decision.
You can choose maintenance from us or work with another team. We hand over the code and documentation, and agree support terms separately.
Tell us about an activity that takes up your team’s time. In a free 30-minute call, we will discuss what could be automated and what the first step would involve.
We reply the same business day.
