WDM INFOGENERAL SRL uses information received through the Web Design Media website to respond to enquiries about its services.

Your name, email and process description are required to respond. Company, phone and budget are optional. We also receive your selected service, source page and estimate if you included it. Do not send passwords or confidential customer data.
Why and where information is processed
We use this information to respond and take steps before a possible contract. The enquiry is stored in private storage on our hosting and forwarded to our contact address through our email service. Access is restricted to the people and providers operating these services. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing.
Measurement without tracking cookies
We count page visits and actions such as starting the demo or submitting the form in aggregate. We do not use tracking identifiers, visitor profiles or advertising services. Form fields and calculator figures are not included in these events. The hosting provider may process IP addresses; a temporary fingerprint is also used to limit abuse.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries without an ongoing commercial relationship are deleted within 12 months. Information required for a contract is kept according to applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion, or object to processing, using the contact form. You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. Requests are assessed under the applicable rights and obligations.
The voice demo on the voice agent page
The demo starts only when you press “Call the agent” and your browser asks for microphone consent. During the call, audio is streamed to ElevenLabs, the speech recognition and voice synthesis provider, which also generates the agent’s replies. No audio recordings are kept. The call transcript stays in our account with the provider for at most 30 days so we can answer requests made during the call, then it is deleted. A call lasts at most 5 minutes. Do not share sensitive data during the call.
