We receive your name, email and message. Your phone number is optional. If you arrive from a service, we also receive the selected service and source page. Do not send passwords or confidential customer data.
Why and where information is processed
We use this information to respond and take steps before a possible contract. The enquiry is stored in private storage on our hosting and forwarded to our contact address through our email service. Access is restricted to the people and providers operating these services. You are not automatically subscribed to marketing.
Measurement without tracking cookies
We count visits and actions such as exploring the example or submitting the form in aggregate. We do not use tracking identifiers, visitor profiles or advertising services. Form content is not included in these events. The hosting provider may process IP addresses; a temporary fingerprint is also used to limit abuse.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries without an ongoing commercial relationship are deleted within 12 months. Information required for a contract is kept according to applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion, or object to processing, using the contact form. You can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP. Requests are assessed under the applicable rights and obligations.
